Adventure and coffee near the Central Valley
Begin with a guided canopy experience in cloud forest below Barva Volcano, then continue to Café Britt in Heredia to follow Costa Rican coffee from plant to roasting and tasting. Lunch and transportation from Adventure Inn are included in the existing package.
Cloud-forest zip line
Café Britt currently describes a course with eight cables and 13 platforms in a cloud-forest biological corridor, with trails and waterfalls. Receive a harness, helmet and safety briefing before starting.
Zip lining requires climbing steps, walking on uneven or wet ground and following instructions at height. Tell Adventure Inn about pregnancy, heart or respiratory conditions, recent surgery, back or joint injuries, limited mobility or significant fear of heights.
Café Britt and lunch
The coffee portion explains cultivation, processing and roasting and includes tasting. Seasonal activity varies. A shop offers coffee, chocolate and gifts without any obligation to buy. The current Adventure Inn package includes lunch at Restaurante Don Próspero.
