An easy beach day from Adventure Inn

Leave the Central Valley in the morning and travel west to Punta Leona, a beach and nature resort on Costa Rica's Central Pacific coast. Once there, the day is largely yours to enjoy at a relaxed pace: swim, spend time by the beach, use the facilities included with the tour, or simply rest in a tropical coastal setting.

Round-trip transportation, a bilingual guide, breakfast, resort admission and buffet lunch are included.

The journey to the coast

The route follows Highway 27 from the Central Valley toward the Pacific. Pickup is listed between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m.; the exact time is confirmed closer to the tour date. Depending on the day's operation, there may be a breakfast stop near the Tárcoles area.

Time at Punta Leona

Expect several hours for swimming and relaxing before and after the included buffet lunch. Resort facilities and beach access can change according to day-use rules, maintenance, tides and operating conditions, so confirm any facility that is essential to your plans.

Pacific beaches can have waves, currents, hot sand and changing tides. Swim only in permitted areas and follow instructions from resort staff and your guide. Children require close adult supervision around pools and the ocean.
